Intermediate C#/Java/.net Developer

Position Number: 100629

Position Status: Full Time Permanent

Position Location: Ottawa, ON

Trillys Systems is in need of a mid level C# / Java/ .net Developer to assist our client in re-engineering efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a foundation with core C#/Java/.net and will have demonstrated experience working with a varied toolset.

Mandatory Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in C# and Java
  • Minimum of 3 years experience programming in a .net framework
  • Experience working in a Oracle and MS-SQL database environment including embedded SQL
  • Ability to code from functional requirements
  • Ability to assess the impact of the new requirements on existing applications
  • University degree/ College diploma in a computer science or related engineering field
  • Canadian Citizenship / 10 years residency in Canada

Business Analyst – Intermediate

Qualifications
  • 1. University degree at the Bachelor level in Engineering/ Applied Science in one of the following disciplines: Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering; and
  • 2. a minimum of three (3) years in the last eight (8) years were fulfilling the role of a Business Analyst as defined in at least four of the mandatory experience paragraphs detailed herein; OR
  • 3. University degree at the Bachelor level in Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Public Administration or Engineering/ Applied Science in a discipline other than in paragraph 1;
  • 4. and a minimum of four (4) years in the last eight (8) years fulfilling the role of a Business Analyst as defined in at least four of the mandatory experience paragraphs detailed herein; OR
  • 5. Community College Diploma in Engineering Technology, Business Administration; and a minimum of five (5) years in the last eight (8) years were fulfilling the role of a Business Analyst as defined in at least four (4) of the mandatory experience paragraphs detailed herein; OR

Mandatory Experience

Position Location: Gagetown, NB

Qualifications
  • University degree (in any field) or College diploma (in any field)
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in programming web-based applications using Java, C-based language, or a scripting language, as well as, database and/or file structured back-ends.
  • Must have developed and package a minimum of two (2) Computer-based training (CBT) and/or Web-based training (WBT) courses within the last three (3) years
  • Must have optimized for performance including Multi-Media assets audio, video, or still images for a minimum of (2) eLearning products
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience using Flash Action Script 2
  • Note: Eligible Candidates will be required to submit a sample of their work based on a provided flash actionscript multimedia development scenario complete with instructions and supporting material. The proposed resources will be given a storyboard completed by an Instructional Designer (ID), the programmer will respond to ID direction to complete interactive assets contained in the storyboard.

ERP System Analyst's

Position Status: On-Going Requirements

Position Location: Ottawa, ON

Mandatory Qualifications
  • Must have three to five years within the last ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in the areas of Human Resources business analysis as it relates to PeopleSoft Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Must have at least two years within the last ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in the in the development technical specifications for system development or in the development of a system upgrade project plan.
  • Must have three to five years within the last ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in a system analyst role testing and implementing PeopleSoft HRMS.
  • Must have two years within the last five (5) years of demonstrated experience working as an ERP System Analyst conducting activities required for data conversion to PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9.
